  Q: What subdivisions do you build in? A: We currently build in Summer Lake, Cascade Falls, Hartsfield Gardens, and Pilckem Ridge, with future developments in Tippecanoe, Holly Branch, Wakulla County, Sellars Crossing, and Savannah Forest. Q: How long does it normally take to build? A: Normally from 3 months to 6 months, depending on material availabilty and weather always plays a part in construction. Q: Can I use one of your house plans but make a few changes? A: Yes, we will sit down with you and make any changes that you would like. Q: Will I have a choices that I can make on things such as paint, countertop colors, etc.? A: Yes, we have a standard package of items that you can choose from. Q: Do you offer a warranty on the homes you build? A: Yes, we offer a limited warranty, which can be viewed here. Q: Do you build in any other county other than Leon? A: Yes, we have built homes in Wakulla, Jefferson and Gadsden County so far. Q: Do you have any lenders that you currently work with? A: You may find a list of recommended lenders here. |
